No Good, Either Way
Failing the likelihood of that ever happening, we conservatives would be all for war tribunals since what KSM and his ilk did and want to do ARE acts of war, after all.
Holder's justification for this is that KSM was implicit in killing American civilians rather than military personnel, even though KSM's cohorts are being tried by military tribunals. What kind of logic is this?
