Your health is your responsibility. So are the bills you accumulate. It's called 'budgeting', and in some cases, actually 'doing without'. Your car insurance doesn't pay for oil changes, tires and shocks. Neither should health insurance pay for basic exams and things like glasses, fillings, shots, and other routine expenses. But it was Government that at some point decided it should dictate what insurance should cover-and that is the beginning of why the cost of insurance is so high. Frankly, the underlying reason behind very nearly ALL healthcare costs being so high is Government meddling and dictating.
