Since the emergence of the H1N1 flu in April of this year, and its classification in June by the World Health Organization as a global pandemic, I have been dreading the fall.

I may have had it last Spring when I took ill with fever and other flu symptoms-especially weakness- though I didn't have tummy problems (I can't even recall the last time I had stomach flu).
