I'd rather elect a ham sandwich that either Obama or Romney, or Gingrich or Santorum! The only one I'd vote for would be Ron Paul.

What is the point of removing Obama if we elect someone who is not that different, like Romney? We must elect someone entirely different, like Ron Paul! Study Ron Paul and support him!

I don't know what the author wants Romney for. Let's get real. Romney is not that different from Obama. I rarely agree with George Soros but he is right about that. While, obviously it is of utmost importance to get rid of Obama, I don't see what good it would do if we replaced him with someone who is not that different. I personally support Ron Paul. He is *serious* about turning the economy around. He will do whatever a President can to give us serious tax cuts and jettison millions of rules and regulations. He is *serious* about his pro-life stand. Not just for the unborn, but he will not lead us into undeclared wars. A lot of these wars we are in are unnecessary and illegal. They are but a cash cow for politicians' cronies.

Stay in School or We'll Make You

The author does have a handle on reality. When Obama made his statement that students should be kept in school I cringed. There are many, many issues here. First off, in my opinion young people have rights and to keep them in school against their wills is tantamount to imprisonment. If they feel like they are in prison as the author suggests, it is because they are. John Taylor Gatto had the right ideas. I recently wrote an essay on education and made extensive use of his work. Please see my essay, and weigh in yourself, at http://www.alicelillieandher.blogspot.com.
You are *absolutely* right!!! The police are partially funded by the federal government. A Ron Paul administration would tighten up on this funding. Probably put an end to it but certainly clean up some police corruption. This would greatly slow down the numerous incidents of this sort. Also, see copwatch.com (not positive of url but try it).
Of all of the Presidential candidates (aside from whoever the Libertarian Party nominates), Ron Paul is the only one who is taking this race *seriously* enough not to treat it like a sports competition. Romney, Santorum and Gingrich are all in there to beat Obama. Well, there is certainly nothing wrong with beating Obama, but if that's all that's done, Obama's policies will remain. There won't be any tax relief. There won't be any regulatory relief. We will still have all these troops overseas in harm's way. This won't be changed by the election any more than it will be changed by the Superbowl. Ron Paul is the only candidate who is serious about our country and living by its Constitution. Please support him.
I hope it is correct that Iowa voters will think for themselves and not let CNN or other lamestream media do their thinking for them. Please check this out!!! A short little vid and a short article. Before you go tonight please take just 5 minutes for this...it is critically important...then *think!!!* http://lewrockwell.com/woods/woods187.html
You need to remember that all these candidates, save one, have flip-flopped on many issues. And, that one who does not, she claims gets an F in illegal immigration. This is unjustified. Ron Paul is strong in that area. He just does not want to trash the Constitution for the issue. The problem with e-verify in my opinion is that while it may be voluntary now it could become compulsory. Were I an employer I'd certainly want to make sure a new hire is in the country legally, but to be forced to check all prospective employees with the federal government is the same as having to ask government permission to hire somebody. Very un-American and unconstitutional. Ron Paul is the only *true* Constitutional conservative. Support him!!!
Boy that is really something. I don't like to see animals suffer and would like very much to see more humane treatment of them, but a memorial for cows? Give me a break. That this was in the ultra-liberal state of IL should be no surprise (although maybe I'd expect this in CA), since it was there I got pulled over on I-80 twice, once because I had a JPFO bumpersticker and again this summer for having a Ron Paul bumpersticker. Next time I'll drive around the state...say, what's this about a memorial *barbeque?*

If Not Romney, Who? If Not Now, When

Paul isn't exempt. He wants to bring the troops home, not take a/c there. And, Paul wants to reduce the President's salary down to under $40K where the 99% salaries are. Support him!
