Dr. Williams, Do you agree that some of Johnson's "Great Society" programs of the 1960's created the unintended consequence of encouraging more people to turn to government for their support, thereby decreasing individual responsibility and motivation to succeed in supporting themselves and their own families? If my supposition is correct, does it not stand to reason that eliminating said programs would be of great long-term benefit to those individuals and to society as a whole? Alice in Florida

Award voter registration cards only to those who pay taxes to support governmental services. Those not paying taxes should have no say in how taxes are spent.
