Why John Roberts is Mitt Romney's Secret Weapon

Having to now restore the liberties that were lost by Roberts' ludicrous statute rewrite and precedent is hardly a win. It would NOT have been necessary otherwise. How many years will it take to undo this dangerous precedent? It will require several election cycles to turn over the Supreme Court liberal members. Impeachment (which is fully justified) is the only other way and requires a 2/3 Senate vote. Nor does the ruling clarify for all but the dullest that BØCare mandates were taxes to support a product and the penalty exactly what it is, a penalty. Are we really viewed as that stupid that we can't recognize government overreach on our own without redefining the terms of a statute? Another apologist tour article. Disgusting.
