No it's actually explained on page THREE of the document this "journalist" is citing. She'd either dumb as a brick or deliberately lying to you to make you look dumb. Seriously JUST READ PAGE 3.
It didn't happen. What happened was that voter turnout is normally calculated by the number of ballot cards cast by the number of registered voters. Since there were so many amendments up for vote in Florida this year, the ballot was two sheets long. So now St. Lucie's report shows voter turnouts that are double what the actual number is. So they counted sheets, not voters, a clerical issue not a conspiracy. If the reporter here had bothered to read page 3, they could see that the number of votes in the presidential race is around a 70% turnout rate. Please learn to read, all of you.
No we won't understand because what he's Chris110 is described in full on page 3. Please just read this "smoking gun" and you will see the only thing going on here is this journalist is either horribly incompetent or lying. It's literally less than news.
Did you actually read past page 2 of the report? Show me where I'm wrong. Hell, make me a bet for 1000 dollars on who is right. This article is completely incorrect and it could have been avoided by just a little reading. Sad state of the media today.
