As for your argument that morality does not end at the sea shore and we should provide health insurance to all the world's people if we're looking at this from a moral perspective, that's ridiculous on so many levels. Just on a biblical level though, when God gave his laws to the people of Israel, he gave a moral code for charity within the nation.
