True The Vote's specific instructions to poll watchers are NOT to interact with voters, poll worker, or anyone other than the poll inspector. Confrontation with voters or others or acting in a disruptive manner is the EASIEST way to wind up with a voter intimidation lawsuit. Anyone who plays hockey knows it's the player who retaliates, and NOT the initiator of the ruckus, who ends up in the penalty box. Poll watchers in Arizona (like me) are placed by the parties with candidates on the ballot. We have our cell phones, and the number of our respective county party hotlines, who will respond with calls to officials as necessary. The last thing we want is to get involved in a fight at a polling place.
How is it that TX Election Commission has and early voting location in the same place as Shirley Jackson Lee's office?

The Constitution establishes Election Day as the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. "Election Month", and "Election Season" are unconstituional!

Mr. Jacoby is technically correct, as long as one understands that in a close election, as this one is, not voting is a de facto vote for the candidate or proposition one likes least.

As far as 2012 is concerned, The Democrats have a right to vote. Everyone else has a duty!
Louie, you've been sniffing your wife's hairspray. Masonic Masters? Masons can't agree on what to serve at a catered lunch, much less cook up a plan to rule the world.

Mitt Romney Is Not the Answer

Remember that this is a nation of over 150 million voters that have been programmed by the media to embrace socialism lite. Mitt Romney, while not my first choice, is far better than the incumbent; and I will vote for him with eyes open as the best chance of electing a President who will begin the process of turning the ship of state . The US progressive movement realized the difficulty of sweeping "reforms" in a country of this size, and adopted a strategy of incremental change. We have become a country of boiled frogs, only dimly realizing the hot water we were in. We conservatives need to learn to adopt incremental change as the pathway to restoring our country. Congress and SCOTUS appointments are critical. Don't throw your vote away!
