A Crack in the School-Choice Dike?

One of the things you CAN'T do as a "Nationally syndicated columnist" is point out facts that would be considered PC. Education has been one of my pet peeves for a long time now. Not just how teachers are presented and reviewed (I'm not a teacher, but a parent of a Special Needs Child)but how quickly they can be trashed. By EVERYBODY!
Inner city schools have to be one of the worst possible places to teach. You have most students believing that success means you are white. You are ridiculed and even threatened with violence. In some cases, you can be killed.
Sending kids with vouchers to more productive schools will help, but the real problem is systemic. Not just the unions. You have administrators (Superintendents, Asst....
