LoL he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. There is no waiting in Arizona. An alleged eyewitness claims Kelly didn’t take delivery of his AR-15 because he’d commissioned a trigger job and flash suppressor. His excuse that he is turning it over to the PD is bullcrap.

According to a recent post on DC, "another customer either traded in or sold to Diamondback Police Supply the AR-15 Kelly later purchased. When that happens, the store puts a 20-day hold on the firearm to be sure it does not come up as stolen in a police report or show up linked to a crime in a database."

The saga of Machine Gun Kelly continues.

According to Kelly, he was proving a point about the amount of time background checks take to conduct and won't keep the AR-15. In fact, his plan all along was to give it away to the police.
