Some given to China? How could you give China some of its own money (borrowed by us, at interest) back to them. Have you ever heard, in the history of human financial dealings, such a silly thing? If they cared, they would keep it there, to clear their air. Or, at least, put the interest they gather to improve their environment. I respected these people as being more experienced and even more intelligent and now I see the woman as a total dolt. Perhaps the thinking behind Hillary's suggestion would be advanced by a financially ignorant 8 year old.
