While the Old Testament is not valued by many, I love the verse where the Psalmist asks that God allow them not to be come so rich that they forget Him, nor so poor that they are tempted to steal. The stealing and forgetting are our choice, but I would ask for His help, anyway. In West Side Story, the punks sing about how their behavior is all because they have a 'Social Disease'. Believing that is part of this countries downfall. Holding people responsible for their choices would be our salvation. Equality of opportunity is a worthy goal. Equality of outcome is a criminal pursuit.

I want readers to check our Holder's and Reno's role in inspiring McVeigh and the Waco wackos. I believe that gave Holder the idea he could attack the Second Amendment with Fast and Furious.

But Conservatives send their kids to schools where Liberals take advantage of the natural need to distance from parents, and distance the kids from parental convictions, all in the guise of thinking for yourself. The Progressives play them, while parts of the kids brains are not quite matured. The end result is that a Conservative guest speaker has to dodge pies, and it is stylish to turn vehicles over.

Apparently the people in New Hampshire do not like being poor. Bill Ayres, Rev. Wright and many of the Czars want poverty to bring such discontent that this country can be changed into some Utopia. The History of the Weimar Republic, and workers' paradises like West Germany, the USSR, Greece and Cuba are no deterrent to these haters. And these are the President's associates, mentors, and friends.

Taxpayer money can then go to worthwhile support of police, courts and such, instead of it being wasted feeding a thief or rapist.

Those are the facts, and the 'Inconvenient Truth' to fullofgas, but I think fullofgas is just a sane Conservative spouting Liberal drivel, to show how it is such utter nonsense. At least it gives Conservatives some honing skills and practice, while they try to reason with a Progressive. Although you might as well debate with a drunk.

Check the OWS freaks against the 'Sheeple' in the book 'Animal Farm'. Really creepy how real life imitates this book. And I do believe almost half of citizens pay no taxes, because they are retired, on welfare, disabled or unemployed. Although 'no taxes' is an exaggeration is they smoke or buy more than food and clothing. At any rate, almost half take more than they give, either for justifiable reasons, or as parasites. They would hate a flat tax. Those that can might have to work.

This woman should be praised. She did not want to kill anyone, but her children came first. Perhaps a shot in the knee would have been wiser, but that is Monday Morning Quarterbacking. Despite Hillary trying to take guns away from decent citizens, I believe that shooting has inspired many to go and get guns for their house. Anecdotes are powerful, and used by liars, but I believe that criminals will think twice when a law-abiding adult has a gun in their house.

Any Republican could take this country by storm, if they said the following: I will push for SS applying to Congress, as it applies to us all. I will push so retirement benefits come to Congress only as private businesses give this benefit. Right now, a single short term brings life-long benefits in Washington. No private business giving that perk. No special health plan for these elite. I will push so that the actual Congressional contracted salary is indexed to unemployment in the private sector. They would care, then. I will push so we no longer have any situation where 'Everyone is equal but some more equal than others.' Now there's a platform!

Locally, our Democrats, running for office, do not mention what party they belong to. Obama, accompanying a candidate, was the kiss of death to their election. Democrats would shoot themselves in the foot before voting for a Republican but are leaving Democratically controlled States for Texas, as they need a job. Democrats do not want their jobs ended in the coal mines of oil drilling, or pipeline States, but still may still vote for the community organizer. Democrats are their own worst enemy. How poor do they want to be?
