Are Republicans "Due"?: Part III

I never considered the black voters as a uniform bunch of Democratic voters.
They want their share of the pie. The door is open for them to get into opening businesses and I see many with a great deal of education. The Republicans are all for small business, upwards mobility and less government control.
But Democratic propaganda, re-writing of history, and teacher education has played upon natural 'us vs. them' human instinct.
Black people that are not of a 'slave looking to the master' mentality will turn away from the Democratic vote buyers, realizing 'there is no free lunch'. Black union members should check into where their bosses live and the lifestyle of those pretending to care about them. It would be eye-opening. But,...

If the Republicans think that they are simply "due" to start winning elections, perhaps buoyed by the recent polls showing the public turning against Democrats in general and the Obama administration in particular, then they may neglect to do the things they need to do if they are to turn their hopes into realities.

One of the things that is long overdue is some Republican re-thinking-- or perhaps thinking for the first time-- about the approach that they have been using, with consistently disastrous results, for trying to get the black vote.
