Downloaded it and am reading it at leisure, from an e-library. It was easy to join, and the material is free. People who cannot make a lightbulb are ready to tear down the country that is more generous and more successful than any, in the history of humankind. But, after 'Spread the Wealth Around' success in China, Cuba and Venzuela, their victims only wish they could leave, and, perhaps, get to the USA.
