BEWARE:Anecdote! A friend recently went to his primary care facility for an annual bloodtest and physical. He was REQUIRED before treatment to provide a credit card and sign a release allowing the facility to collect up to 880 dollars for his tests should his health insurance fail to pay! Same tests,new year, now he is on the hook for the 880 in case an unnamed(largest) provider of health insurance denies the claim!
