seem to be set up so that the good, responsible people who keep the place functioning have now become merely a nameless, faceless,despised rabble of victims, preyed on both the powers that be, ie, government and by the cruder ,more overtly violent criminal gangs of the underworld.
I was born and lived in NYC for more years than I care to remember.Haven`t been to Chicago, but from the cities I have seen, none are desirable places to live.The only way I like to view ANY city is in my rear view mirror.
