Since Obama has never had a job in the private sector nor has anyone in his administration, it is extremely hard for them to understand how our economy actually works. It is not taught in any school regardless of the classes taken. Obama is under the impression that his jobs czar can wave some magic wand and 'poof' everyone will be employed. It does not work that way - there is no job fairy. Jobs are created by some person who sees the need for a product. He either convinces others of his vision so they will invest in his vision or he bootstraps himself into business.
