The biggest problem is that the Constitution is not taught in schools except as a figment of the reveloution. It's importance is downgraded. I mean that people don't understand it and are too foolish to read it. Several months ago, I read that a school board decided , I believe, the tenth grade history should start with the year 1850s. Real smart people and the parents, none objected., so how can we expect anyone to understand if they are not exposed to it?

Actually that was a part of "dumbing down". If people understood what powers those who serve in our federal government are allowed to use, this would not have happened.

This happened because "We the people" let it. We let them mess with education. We did not bother to understand the candidates positions, we allowed "parties" to choose for us instead of us choosing. When corruption raised its ugly head within OUR gov, we did not insist on prosecutions, look what we now have; About 15 people within the 3 branches are not corrupt.

About 100 in the Secret Service, CIA, FBI, DHS are not corrupt and working against our legitimate gov

Military upper ranks; about 10 in all US Military not corrupt and working AGAINST our legitimate government.

How can we tell this, besides what is happening within our nation?

Look at the whistleblowers within the fed law enforcement agencies who are being prosecuted for letting us know about the corruption there - they are heroes.

Look at the whistleblowers being prosecuted for letting us know about corruption within our gov. They are all HEROES, "Supporting and Defending the US Constitution" before the duties of the position or office they are in as REQUIRED by the legitimate government of the USA.

And "We the People" are still letting it happen. Arrest, Hold for Prosecution everyone who has not kept the Oath as REQUIRED of them to get into and to STAY in the office or position they occupy: be it gov, military, law enforcement

Look at how many whistleblowers are being persecuted for letting us know about the corruption within our military as they are REQUIRED to do by these Oaths:
"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will SUPPORT and DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, foreign AND DOMESTIC; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

Notice it is to be protected even before the orders of the President and officers above them - which also means FROM them.

"I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I WILL SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, foreign AND DOMESTIC, THAT I WILL BEAR TRUE FAITH AND ALLEGIANCE TO THE SAME; THAT I TAKE THIS OBLIGATION FREELY, WITHOUT ANY MENTAL RESERVATION OR PURPOSE OF EVASION; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God." (DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)

Again, support an defense of the US Constitution, our legitimate gov is BEFORE THE DUTIES OF THE OFFICE.

If there were never intended to be action to defend the Constitution from those who are domestically attempting to destroy its power and authority, why would each Oath require it of those who take the Oaths?

Thomas Jefferson, “that a federal “law” that violates the Constitution is no law at all. It is “void and of no effect.”

We are under attack from within our own government- this is the "domestic enemy" the Oaths speak of.

"Domestic enemies pursue legislation, programs against the powers of the US Constitution. They work on destroying and weakening the Rights of the People guaranteed by the Constitution. Plus they create laws, amendments, etc that goes against the restraint on the three branches of our government by the Constitution. They are also those who support those in action, or by inaction; vote, voice, money, etc who are going against or trying to weaken the US Constitution and the Peoples written guarantee of the protection of those Rights"
As the nation awaits the most anticipated Supreme Court decision in a generation, it’s worth pondering whether Americans’ life, liberty, and happiness are well served by devotion to a two century old document. Does the Constitution matter today? Could you explain why to a teenager?
