Hasn't been free market since the 70's. Biggest problems are illegals accessing our systems for free, idiots going to the doc for a runny nose 'cause someone else is paying for it and need for tort reform. How in the world can you cover pre-existing conditions and expect prices to go down? My premiums jumped 30% and that is not the fault of the company. They had to pass on the increase to stay in business.
