You need to stop while you are behind - several means exactly what BM quoted, it does not mean seven. 4.2 decades fits perfectly within the definition of "several decades". You are making Munck look good - is that what you want?

A big military spending bill making its way through Congress is (rightfully) drawing fire from fiscal conservatives... like myself.  The bill includes an earmark submitted by Sen.
