Ms-13 are from El Salvador and were a result of the civil war which the US was a major part of and now increasingly from Mexico as well, not Nicaragua. The "communists" there were kicked out by UNO not Reagan and today the Sandinista National Liberation Front and Daniel Ortega are back in power. Perhaps a refresher in Central American history is in order.
