"It's just astounding to me that people with supposed common sense know the government can't be trusted, but when the government says "Hey that guy was a terrorist" they shrug and say ok. I'm sure thankful you got the bad guy." To be fair, the progressives on both sides of the Progressive Aisle(Liberals/Neocons) think like this. They don't trust the govt except when they do.

The leaked DOJ memo outlining the Obama administration’s legal justification for assassinating American born citizens on foreign soil has divided lawmakers in Washington, and the public at large. But the use of the drone strikes generally is actually quite popular, at least according to a new survey conducted by the Pew Research Center (via The Washington Times):
