Sorry babe - NOTHING here about politics and journalistic pursuits. This is a horror movie of a MURDER trial. He killed babies for sport and murdered women by accident. If abortion was not involved - this would be plastered all over the news. ABORTION is their sacred cow that must be protected. AT ALL COSTS.

There are many sorts of horror which do not sell. This is one of them. The networks are in business to make money, and if they could make more money by covering this subject in grisly detail, they certainly would do so. The fact that they are reticent to implies a reticence on the side of their paying customers as well. After all, all businesses work to serve and protect the interests of their customers. It is likely that the networks are engaged right now in focus groups to determine how this story should be approached and presented so as to protect their customers and their own bottom line. It has little to do with any ideology, other than profit.

I certainly did. Horror sells - the more macabre the better. DUH. This is not about advertising or ratings for that matter - non reporting is clearly to protect the sacred cow of the democrats worship of butchered aborted babies.

You did not in any way address the issue I presented. The media, like any business, exists to serve its paying customers, and its paying customers are other for-profit businesses, have no position in the abortion debate and don't with to be associated with it in any way.

The mainstream media’s lack of coverage and lack of interest in the trial of “Doctor” Kermit Gosnell is not surprising. But kudos to columnist Kirsten Powers for shedding light on their stunning negligence:

A Lexis-Nexis search shows none of the news shows on the three major national television networks has mentioned the Gosnell trial in the last three months. The exception is when Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan hijacked a segment on Meet the Press meant to foment outrage over an anti-abortion rights law in some backward red state.
