The budgets originate with the Congress, not the Senate, and the first budget since 2008 come from the Repub. House in 2011, but harry reid has sat on the House budgets since. (I would not even call what the pes presented as a serious budget!)

Eleminate the nonproducers, Hummmm, ok, lets. Seems to me to get a hand out they should have to work first. How about cleaning our parks and streets for their welfare checks?
