Never. Optimism is not compatible with her world view. She is not a self righteous busy-body butting into other people's lives; she is just concerned for us all. In her mind, a society will be judged by all that she perceives as bad or different. She is a fearful person who believes in a brutal and angry god who will smite us all, because some people are different.
