If his teleprompter is there (and it will be) then no, he did not give a speech. He exists only as the mouthpiece for the teleprompter. If they ever get the computer voices where you can't tell them from a human's, then the teleprompter will replace Obama.

It would be SWEET IF someone found a way of dis-ableing his teleprompter!!! He would be gaff city, but then he would have been to all 57 states by then!
