After 25 years in CA we have had to admit this state is on a downward spiral. As soon as we can unload our home and investments we are out of here. It won't be hard to leave the failing schools,crime filled cities,high taxes, illegals invasion, corrupt officials, biz regulations and pie in the sky rapid rail plans. Debt is only one of CA problems!
