This is insane. I watched the entire Holder hearing earlier this week, and he couldn't defend the decision. Even some democrats were perplexed by some of his answers and rationale.

This is all about showing that Bush is the enemy, not Al Qadea (in their eyes); The cost of this trial will come close to 100M dollars. But they've already proved they don't mind spending our money.

I hate when these liberal talk about rule of law and upholding American jurisprudence, as if military tribunals aren't part of our legal system.
