You have never lived under a national health service, have you? When you can say you have, then come back here and make comments about how great it is. I have lived in 3 different countries with national health care. 2 were absolutely appalling. The first thing out of their mouth was "Do you also have private insurance?" I could either wait a month for an appointment for an MRI or with private insurance get an appointment the next day. My son had bleeding into his knee. I don't think waiting a month would have been great for his knee, do you? So we paid double. High taxes for horrible care AND private insurance premiums. 3rd country had adequate care, but 70% tax rate. Get a clue before YOU decide for everyone what is best.
