I disagree big time. Blame Obama, not Roberts? At least it can be stated that Obama is a politician, and he did what he thinks is best according to his hard-Left ideology. But Roberts ought to know better.....Obamacare was/is an UNCONSTITUTIONAL labyrinthine bureaucratic nightmare. Call it a mandate, a tax, or a pig with lipstick, or whatever, but Roberts' job was not to change the wording and pass the buck. His job was to declare an unconstitutional law coercing citizens to purchase a service or product to be unconstitutional. He has set a precedent, and since our legal system works off precedents, he failed to do his job and set us up for more such laws. At the expense of liberty.

Feeling misled? You certainly should. Congress created a law so complex that it occupies between 2,400 and 2,800 pages depending on who says what, almost all of them unread by the people who voted for it. President Obama and his Democratic colleagues told you many things about the law – most of which were either mischaracterizations or outright lies. What Chief Justice John Roberts did was tell the truth, and now we can move forward.
