Illinois may go to Rom. Why? Because the current Dem Governor won the State in 2010 by a mere 19,000 votes. He only carried 3 counties from 102 total counties in the State. Since then the Dem Gov has raised taxes 67% and doubled other taxes on goods and services, (sin taxes) and people are not happy about it. The Dem Gov as of today has a 26% approval rating. The State of Illinois also has an $83 billion pension short fall hanging over it. Public service employees are not happy about this and are worried they may not collect when they retire. The Labor Unions in the construction industry have had 70% of their members sitting idle for the past four years, and these members are rethinking their support for "O"...even as their Union...

Trump should up the prize to $100 million...when the Southside of Chicago hears "O" refused, they will vote against him as well.
