The balanced budget was due to a Republican majority in the House beginning in 1994. Bubba was running up debt until the Republicans shut him down. Bush wasn't doing what he should have, but the wheels didn't really come off until the Democrats took over both house and senate in 2006. So, all you Dems have to talk about are delusions about what happened 20 years ago? At least you didn't mention FDR, so you get a little credit.
