Two things: 1. The ObamaWeasels quickly recast the debate as Health Insurance Reform - and it was, because now Big Insurance has a completely captive audience and any competition that there might have been has been eliminated. What happens when there's no competition? Rates skyrocket - and the $75 per month TAX will skyrocket as well. 2. This bill heavily targets young people who don't like to pay for insurance because 99% of them will remain largely health through their 40s - most well beyond. Put the word out if you know a young person. Beginning in 2014, ObamaCare will rape them, and there is no medical treatment for DemRape.

Over at HughHewitt.com I have ventured the opinion that perhaps --just perhaps-- originalists will eventually recognize Chief Justice Robert's decision and opinion yesterday as a bit of judicial genius that will be his Marbury v. Madison --the case that at first glance seemed a win for an executive whom the then Chief Justice opposed but which was in reality a huge win for the Court and the original design of the Constitution.
