If you want to get under a liberal's skin and make him sputter just ask these few questions: 1. What is the stated purpose of taxes? (you should get an answer that it is to collect money for the purposes of government services). Good enough. 2. Then ask if it is most efficient to collect the maximum amount of revenue with the least harm to the economy. (They should agree). 3. Then present the empirical results of Moore's data, showing more tax dollars at lower rates. Ask if they still agree with #2. 4. Then stand back and watch them squirm because they realize that they cannot hide from the lib's true purpose--to punish the successful.
If everyone in America had read Stephen Moore's new book, "Who's The Fairest of Them All?", Barack Obama would have lost the election in a landslide.

The point here is not to say, "Where was Stephen Moore when we needed him?" A more apt question might be, "Where was the whole economics profession when we needed them?" Where were the media? For that matter, where were the Republicans?
