I believe in individual liberty. If the government is not allowed to distinguish between: Man and Woman, White and Black.....then they cant distinguish gay vs straight. So if they can not recognize differences in law regarding gender under the Civil Rights Law. Then they can not say a man and a man can not be legally joined financially, and do join taxes the same way as a male and female couple. I just think it is hypocritical to say that a gay marriage is any less authentic than a heterosexual one. Has anyone seen Modern Family?

Listening to Karen Lewis's statements makes my blood boil! I see her fanning the flames of class warefare, and I feel defeated as an American. How can we educate the minds of all the disadvantaged children out there; to believe in themselves; when their teachers and 'leaders' are teaching them to be victims and will never be equal in some peoples eyes. I am gay, and i want her to stay the hell out of the gay rights movement! I don't want her advocating for me at all! MLK Jr. had it right with the Anti-Violence movement.
