The taking of a human life without justification is a sin that God says will keep a person out of Heaven. Murder and abortion are both really the same thing. Abortion is the taking of a human life without justification. God doesn’t base His definition of sin on what the courts have ruled. Jer 1:5 “Before I formed you IN THE WOMB I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations." God was speaking to Jeremiah in the previous verse but God knows us in the womb. Unborn babies are already a person as far as God is concerned. God said He knew Jeremiah before He formed him. That unborn baby has a soul, and the baby is known by the Creator.
