You know, it kills me how liberals I know unanimously regard Sarah Palin as an idiot, and said they were alarmed at the thought that she might be "a heartbeat away from the presidency" and they turned around and voted for a man who had this incredible blithering idiot as his vice president. Think of this: the man was a lawyer, who practiced law, and a senator who made law, and now a vice president, partly responsible for enforcing law, and on even this very basic level, he can't give sound legal advice (never mind tactical). Rudy Giuliani was spot on when he said of Biden “I mean, this guy just isn’t bright. He’s never been bright. He isn’t bright. People think, ‘Well, he just talks a little too much.’ Actually, he’s just not very smart.”

Amen Abe, and welcome to our own Idiocracy...It has arrived with fanfare and in grand fashion. The most ignorant people in the country are now running the country, not to mention the k-12 schools, universities, and most media outlets. Hopefully this is the low point, and common sense, working Americans will be able to band together and repel/expel these homeowner nazis from our institutions.

Joe Biden, the worst spokesperson for gun control ever, has been giving a lot of advice about guns lately. During a “fireside” chat in January he said a double barrel shotgun is better to use than an ‘assault rifle’ for post-earthquake protection, and just a few days ago he followed up by offering tips on home defense:

“I said, ‘Jill, if there’s ever a problem, just walk out on the balcony here, walk out and put that double-barrel shotgun and fire two blasts outside the house,’” Biden said.
