Why Not RICO?

The main problem is that most of congress, both dems and repubs are guilty of racketeering. They take money for which their is no grant of power and give it to their "cause". That cause can be ACORN, it can be big business, it can be the unions, but almost are guilty. My point being that if we actually had a federal government that confined itself to the limited enumerated 18 powers + the few others scattered throughout the constitution this would not be a problem.
This actually brings us to another problem, RICO is unconstitutional. Any police power that the federal government has is very limited. They have no authority to make drug laws for beginners(not that I'm for drugs), and continue to accrue powers never greanted, nor...

Watching the developing courageous and romantic story of two young people brave enough go undercover and discover the truth can distract us from seeing the obvious.

By following the unfolding story of ACORN, one has enough information to conclude that there is a pattern of bad conduct embedded in the culture of those who associate themselves with an organization that claims to be interested in the good of the community. They have cloaked themselves with the official documents of state corporation papers, and an extensive review by the Internal Revenue Service to enable nonprofit status.
