Anyone who has an IQ over 80 and is not a statist(one who believes that trough the pretext of government they may direct others how to live) knows that McCain-Feingold is one of the greater abominations released one the people to prevent them from having a say in the affairs of this country and to have a voice to inform others.
Seriously how does any justice take the first amendment and not construct it so as to ensure that those in power will not prevent others from having a voice. WTF do they think electioneering campaigning is if not free speech.
