No, Frank the evidence is there, but only those who are willing to embrace the truth will look for or receive it. Seriously what then does the US constitution matter if it can be "interpreted" to mean different things. You speak of violence, but if there is no commonly understood and upheld formal expression of the people, then the only way to enforce one's legislation and/or rulings is by force.
