First and really all that needs to be said is that the federal government has no authority over businesses. It cannot assume a power not granted. If some due to their own mistakes or the mistakes of their ancestors who chose to have children for which they could not provide a good life for do not fare as well, it is not the place of government to take fro others to compensate for that. Government is created to provide a police/military force, establish an agreed to, formalized legal system for justice, NOT FAIRNESS, and a few other utilities that benefit all.
