Let's start with Pelosi's absurd claim, albeit made by SCOTUS, that congress has power to regulate "activities related to commerce. First the words just do not appear, meaning one has to read into the commerce clasue to come away with such an idea. Further, neither the framers nor the ratifiers ever argued for the clause granting such power, rather certain powers such as granting charters of incorporation for the public good were rejected.
