EINSTEIN the old fool wrote of the earth shifting, so the poles of the the Earth are now lowered and so where there is normally more heat there is cooling, and visa versa. Consider blacktop or paving,concrete etc. found in larger proportion than in any other time in history. Take off your shoes in Summer and test temps. Callouses removed without surgery.

Last year, my column "Global Warming Rope-A-Dope" (12/24/08) started out: "Americans have been rope-a-doped into believing that global warming is going to destroy the planet. Scientists who have been skeptical about manmade global warming have been called traitors or handmaidens of big oil."
