Repeal?? Not a snowball's chance in He!! of it being repealed. Once children, the impoverished and the working poor benefit, I'd like to see some politician run on the platform of taking health care access away from those people.

And as for the "special prosecutors" Prosecute what? Passing a bill that provides life-saving assistance to people. Really?? You're going to go with that argument?

Byron York, writing for the Washington Examiner, reports this afternoon that the House Rules Committee is in serious disarray.  Democrats have convoluted the legislative process so much, they're stuck in a muck of their own making:

The Rules Committee meeting turned into mass confusion when Democratic Rep. Henry Waxman said, "We're not going to 'deem' the bill passed. We're going to pass the Senate bill…I would be against the idea of 'deeming' something -- we either pass it or we don't."
