Someone better tell Durbin that these rights ARE absolute, inalienable, granted by God, not petty little men and women like him or Feinstein. Maybe Durbin ought to get together with Feinstein since she claims to have read our Constitution. Hell, half or more of the original colonies wouldn't sign off on the Constitution until the Bill of Rights was added. I guess you have to know math to know the meaning of absolute, something any sixth grader knows better than Durbin, or should.
