We no longer have lawmakers who listen to what their constituents want. Instead, we have dictatorial elitists who do whatever they want, public be damned.

Some Things To Consider About Benghazi

With the power of the presidency behind him, Obama decided to use Nakoula as a scapegoat and did so by having him arrested in the middle of the night by brown shirted goons. Naturally, media was there to film the event so the families of the dead could be comforted that the guy who caused the Benghazi debacle is paying the price. Fearful for his life, and not wanting to be identified by Muslims who now want to kill him since Obama broadcast that stupid film, Nakoula came out with his head wrapped up like the Elephant Man. He sits in jail because he had been on probation and violated it by using the internet. Nakoula was a con man and indeed a "shadowy figure," as Obama called him but he was not responsible for the Benghazi uprising. He certainly does not need to be wearing a great big X on his back, waiting for some Muslim to kill him. He can thank Obama, Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice for his fate.

Hillary Clinton's Dodgy Testimony

Being a conservative in this progressive world reminds me of the protagonist's dilemma in the old movie, "The Invasion of the Body Snatchers." The hero knows the truth but can't make anyone listen. They've all been snatched, rendered mindless by alien machinations. They shuffle past him, dumb and numb, while he shouts the truths at them. They don't hear a word he says. Ladies and gentlemen, if you are a conservative, you know exactly what I mean. If you are a liberal, you will never "get it."
Obama's long range plan is to get all weapons out of citizen's hands. Right now he is being nice to Wal-Mart and other gun sellers in order to begin with "assault" weapons. All the big retailers, so eager to corner the gun market and get rid of gun show dealers, are just useful idiots to Obama. Obama will eventually go on to ban handguns and rifles, effectively closing down Wal-Mart's gun counter. Notice Obama is not pursuing a line of questioning about how drugs may be impacted some of the shooters who massacred many innocent people. Big Pharma is a huge campaign contributor and special crony to Obama. They are untouchable in the debate. The lapdog media won't check this either as it conflicts with Obama's interests.
I have been watching Fox News for a few years. Lately, I have noticed many of the top commentators have gotten much softer, going out of their way to declare themselves fair and balanced. O'Reilly went from a sharp tongued Right guy to someone straddling the fence, careful not to offend anyone. Other commentators, who could have pursued an Islamic slant with a guest, shut down the conversation flow. Meghan Kelly did this to avoid mention of Muslim Brotherhood's Yuma Abedin, top aid to Hillary Clinton. Fox is no longer worth watching except perhaps for weather reports. It's turning into mainstream media. Having a Saudi as part owner has successfully muzzled the formerly good guys.
Gun buybacks are a joke. Criminals do not participate. We had one of these buyback offers in New Orleans not too long ago. People dug out their Katrina damaged guns, pistols and rifles and got $100 each for non-working, corroded pieces of junk. They didn't turn in working weapons, just rusty, waterlogged ones.

Nicely written piece. Too bad most voters have no idea about most of this. Oh, they may have heard about Benghazi on the MSM and have a vague idea about what went on there but they aren't following the story. When I ask my son's friends (late twenties) about politics they just say they're voting for Obama. They have no idea why and they certainly don't know what a thug Obama really is. If Romney loses the election it will be simply that voters are uninformed morons.
I wish I lived in that area. Even though I usually don't eat cupcakes, I would make a massive purchase as a token of solidarity. I admire people who stand by their beliefs.
