It's incredible how the left can look defeat right in the eyes and claim that it's not so...yet it's those who knew the truth (that Tet had been as close to total victory as we'd ever get) who are accused of being "unrealistic." This is an incredibly dangerous phenomenon, and one I would venture is only possible in the US where our livelihood is not dependent on knowing the facts and distinguishing fact from fiction.
Cronkite was no more honest than today's "journalists"--and probably gave rise to the "outcome-focused reporting" we suffer from today in our news media. I hope he rests in peace
