The real problem is that a married couple places their values on raising their children and trying to insure their children have a better life than they do themselves. Unfortunately, from a government standpoint, it does not include belief that without the government's care you can't make it. The government is deliberately doing whatever they can to discourage marriage since they want to build up the government at the expense of the people.

After the Sandy Hook tragedy, Obama, much of his party and much of the media have been calling for further gun control and advocating "common sense" measures such as limiting the number of rounds in a magazine, "universal" background checks and restrictions on "assault weapons."
