I didn't like the TV shows thirty years ago - and they were a LOT cleaner then! In fact, I haven't liked them since they stopped making westerns.

As a result, if you come to my house expecting to see your favorite show, you are in trouble. I have one all right ... but it hasn't been connected to an antenna of any sort for almost a year now. I find I like the programming a lot better since then considering that the only thing you CAN see on it are movies I purchase - which limits what Hollywood can get into my living room.

It's a sad state of affairs. There is absolutely no barrier of sexual behavior that TV network executives aren't willing to cross in a desperate gambit for ratings. There also seems be to no sleazy line that a squeaky clean teenage TV star or pop star won't cross to "break out" into grown-up stardom.
